The hurricane devistated us in the lower keys. Found myself on waiting lists for the top contactors to repair two rooms and replace windows and balconies. I ventured north settled on UBACK thanks to word of mouth and a tour of homes they were finishing. They basically overhauled the house with a clean modern look that still says keys but stands out in a very appealing, modern way with high end finishes …. oh, for the estimate I was initially given to just replace everything as it was. The point person/GC, Jared, a high character guy. Would recommend these guys for any new home or, in my case, renovation in SoFla.
